Hi I have a pipe that is attached to a reservoir with the pipe being 5 meters above the water level in the reservoir.
I understand that there is no exit loss (minor losses) from the pipe just the loss of the velocity head. Do I need to show some other sort of loss so that the HGL gets down to the water level as the velocity head loss is not sufficient to get down to the water level?
Thanks
Dave
