Can somebody tell me what is the minimum theoretical distance between adjacent lattices in a crystal? I've read about materials where the order of magnitude of the distance between lattices is ~10EXP(-9). If there any crystal/solid with lattices spaced ~10EXP(-15)?

Not any atomic solid.
Typical atomic radii are ~ 10^-10 m. (H- atom ~ 5*10^-11, others bigger).
The number you are hoping to get is too small...in fact it's about the diameter of a small nucleus (Z ~ 5 to 10).
PS : Welcome to PF...and why are you looking for such dense crystals ?

If you have a bigger picture in mind, it would help to know what you are trying to figure out.
