A few months ago when studying for an exam I read a remark in Bransden and Joachain's book on QM about the Einstein-Rosen Paradox. They said that Born had developed a local quantum theory that wasn't talked about or studied because of its complexity. Is anyone familiar with this theory? Would he/she mind laying out the basics of it for us?
