Thought Experiments?

I have what I believe to be an interesting physics thought experiment involving both SR and QM. I don't believe it's been posed before, but I could be wrong. What would be the appropriate forum to put this in? It doesn't fit under "Independent Research" as it's not a formal paper. I don't want to get warned/banned since my thought experiment isn't all proven theory, just a mental excercise that I wanted viewpoints on.

Hi Trashman, you should submit it to IR. The instructions will help you flesh out your thoughts. IR is not really for formal papers, it's mostly to discuss ideas, but the ideas must meet basic criteria.
