i work on electronic devices , i have a multilayers metalisation- semiconductor ie metal1/metal2/metal3-semiconductor, i need for my study a work function of this structure for calculate a barriere height. what the work function i must take into account( work function of metal1 or metal 2 or 3 or the 3 multilayer..?)
