Satellite LNB polarization

Hello -

I'm trying to find the algorithms/mathematics for computing the required polarization skew of an LNB for a sat receiver, given GPS coordinates, SAT position, and downlink polarization (horizontal or vertical). Need to calculate from that info, how to position the LNB.

Any help, suggestions, or links are appreciated.
