Antarctica bedrock elevation

A topological map of Antarctica. Note sea level or lower areas of East Antarctica. Would this seem to lower estimates of overall sea level rise from total melting of East Antarctica ice? Not significantly seemingly, since most of ice would still be above sea level. Such lower center of mass for peripheral lower situated ice might serve as a buttress, supporting more centralized dome ice; hence contributing to ice sheet stability? http://members.cox.net/pyrophyllite/bedrock.html
