A pair of electrons are moving initially at constant speed and in parallel some short distance apart. A third object ( observer) moves
a) with them at the same speed and direction.
b) in the opposite direction.
In a) a static field exists to drive the electrons apart
In b) seemingly there are magnetic fields produced which perhaps effect them in some way.
Does any body know what ?
