I did an experiment where we use a meter stick and weighted masses at different points to find the center of mass, force, and torque about the ends of the meter stick when balanced. And have a question that asks, "Suppose that the meter stick is not perfectly horizontal when balanced in the procedures. How does this effect your results?"
