How to graph in 3-space?

I'm just learning about vectors, just finished matrices for first year linear algebra. Anyways, I wanna be able to visually see the points, because in 3-space, it's pretty confusing if I plot it by hand. I found Geogebra and it seems you can plot in 2-space, but I can't figure out if you can do it in 3-space. Anyone know how, or another program that does display 3-space plotting?

By 3-space I mean 3d or R2.
