I would like to find an equation to calculate the evaporate rates of water under a vacuum ranging from 26-28 inHg, a surface area ranging from 6-36 inches, and a water temperature of 120 F? For the purpose of this model I would like to assume the water will stay at 120 F throughout the evaporation process by using a heat source. Any help in either providing an equation or in directing me where to find one would be greatly appreciated.
I would also like to have greater insight as to how a vacuum effect evaporation rates?
