Time delay circuit with ECU

All the electronic circuit needs to be put into the ECU but not the switches. The circuit is below:

The circuit needs to have two switches and a bulb, and ground. I just dont understand what this would look like. I have drawn the first circuit without the ECU which is above but don't know where to go from here for the second ECU stage.

Please can someone assist on what to do?
