Plotting Kruskal-Szekeres diagram in Mathematica

Does anyone have a Mathematica notebook that plots the Kruskal-Szekeres diagram for a black hole? (So I can see it using Mathematica Player...)

If anyone has these sorts of plots in MathCad or Maple then please respond as well.
