I used two plastic cups. One was about 2" smaller to keep the gases seperated. Leaving an inch gap between the inner and outer sides.
One electrode in the inner cup(upside down) and the other between the two.
My question is about the bubbles that rose between the outer and inner cups. The bubbles slowly rose toward the center point, floated briefly then gained speed moving toward either side.
Not enough activity going on to cause water flow.
Why does this happen?
