Light is a travelling energy package with oscillating electric and magnetic fields, pumping themselves along in the direction perpendicular to the planes in which both those fields are waving.
Is the coupling possible between electric and magnetic forces unique? Or can some other combination of forces combine to produce Bose-Einstein particles that move at...c? Would it still be c?
