I was driving home last night and was looking at the reflector bumps that separate the lanes. I was wearing glasses and noticed that that the light was being reflected of my glasses from the bumps. What was being reflected looked too be sinusoidal. Is there any reason the reflection looked like sine waves? Is it because of the shape of my lenses? Or am I totally off base?
