Hi,
I'm from Brazil and I need help!
In my dissertation, I did some testing of Communication Voip and used Markov chains. Because my data were not many variations in rates of transmission, asked to model the data series in 2 states of a Markov chain (on and off). Does anyone have any idea how I do this in Matlab?
