A position has arisen for a BBSRC funded three year research associate based at the Institute for Cell and Molecular Biosciences to study how cells discern metals, one from another. You will join a research group using biochemical, bioinorganic chemistry and molecular genetics methods to investigate metals in cells (Nature, 2008, 455: 1138-1142; Nature 2009, 460: 823-830; Nature Reviews Microbiology 2009, 7:25-35).
