I'm reading a book that mentions two papers by Lorentz, one written in 1895, and another in 1904, in which he examines the consequences of an observer passing by a stationary charge. I did some searching, but it wasn't clear to me what papers these might be. If anyone happens to know, or knows of a good summary of Lorentz explorations on this front, I would be greatly appreciative.
