When thinking of the very first bit of the universe, before there was any mass, and all there was were curled up dimensions, I wonder how a relativistic principle might manifest itself. In other words, I guess this would be looking for the progenitor of general relativity, defined for a universe without mass yet. What invariance principles might still apply at that level?
With curled up dimensions, I suppose that no point could be distinquished as the center. The expansion would appear to be the same as viewed from any point.
I also wonder if at that scale and tightness of curled up dimensions, would every point be inside both the past and future light cone of every other point?
Any thought along these lines would be appreciated.
