HI. I'm new here. Just curious..

Why does the probascin promotor in prostate cancer exclusively function in prostate tissue?

Furthermore, how is it possible to have metastatic prostate cancer if the promotor only functions in prostate tissue?

Why doesn't blood cancer (leukemia) spread to all organs of the body if the blood vessels are the primary route by which metastasis occurs?

Does anyone have any insights on metastatic suppressor genes?
