Any physics degree that is. Experimental, theoretical, applied, with or without astronomy or astrophysics... Where do you end up? From what I have learned, a physicist can become a technician, an engineer, a manager in a computer firm and so on. All this sounds so boring... I want to do research!!
I am thinking: If I am not satisfied with the prospect careers within physics, should I study physics? I want to because it's so exciting. But is it a waste of time?
