Can anyone please help me with the following question. Actually, i received a paper from some German University and I have to reply by 14th, so a bit urgent.

What is the consequence of a large condition number concerning the resolution of the number
representation of a computer? Given a condition number of a matrix, does that have an
influence on the number representation (bits used to represent a floating point number) if the
size of the matrix grows?
