Hi guys,
I read a lot about the working of ISFET/ISOFET and I found difficulty in accepting the fact that these sensors are used in disposable applications. Is it because of dielectric/electrolyte interface where the chemical reaction take place? from what I understand that the chemical reaction is a repeatable process at the binding sites of the dielectric!!!
