Are there any references available on the approximate distribution of stars (and other celestial bodies like planets, earth-like planets, neulae, etc.) in our universe? Wikipedia (yes, yuck) has pretty good approximation of main-sequence stars:

I would need something a little more comprehensive, including all (or at least most common) types of stars, and other celestial bodies.
