I've been dwelling on this question for hours! Does the light transform a matter? It seems it does..... A high energetic photon transform an electron and a positron. Hmm, how can it transform then?

Hmm, you need to reprase the question. A high enough energy photon can result in an electron-positron conversion. Basically, that is because they go in and out of phase when the wave forms 'collide'. Bear in mind that waveform transactions are quantum jumps. In that case, they produce particles. But, that only occurs in particle accelerators [and nova-supernovas]. It does not occur under non-relatavistic transactions. There is not enough momentum to convert to mass.
