You have a PhD Degree in Food Science or Flavor Chemistry with:
A strong knowledge of analytical chemistry (GC-MS, LC-MS) of plants and plant-derived materials
Post-doctoral academic and/or industrial experience and a track-record of conducting scientific research in flavor chemistry, including Gas Chromatography-Olfactometry and/or identification of taste active compounds
Research experience with tobacco and/or thermally processed plant materials will be an asset.
