I've been trying to learn gromacs so I've been following this funnel web spider tutorial and nothing in the tutorial works. I have no idea how to learn this software ... its way hard and theres so many things learn. So my question is this, I have to open up and read a Topology file such as in the command I am using
vi fws.top
When the file opens, you're suppose to get a neatly organized file that you can then manipulate but instead I get Ascii jibberish. What am i doing wrong?
