Any good web resources for microelectronics?

I am a student in a microelectronics course right now, looking for some more explanations on the basics of diodes and their characteristics. I've been reading my book, attending lecture, and doing homework, but I would love to know of any other resources out there (videos or just more reading) that have been helpful to you when learning this material.
