While plotting sound vs frequency, I was mixed up by the different uses of frequency. Can someone explain to me how the frequency in the sound equation is different from the frequency of the x-axis? For example, the values of sound can be expressed by sin(2pi * frequency*t + pi/6), where t is the original domain of sound.
