I have a complex ion formation lab to do. I used a spectrophotometer to find the absorbance of some different diluted solutions. It says you should correct your absorbance's for some reason. not quite sure how to do this.
for the one dilution it is 1:9. am i supposed to subtract one tenth of the absorbance away.
