Governing Equation for Motion of a Thin Plate - DIFFICULT TO SOLVE~!!

Hi all,

I'm trying to solve this equation (see attached picture) for w(r,t).

I've used a zeroth order Hankel transform and a Laplace transform but now I am stuck. Any advice would be wonderful!
