Hi! I was wondering if someone could point me into the right direction....i'm having problems understanding this....
Using two 74LS163, 4-bit binary counters and gates, design a counter with a control signal X and the following counting sequences:
if X=0 : 1,2,3,........,17,18,19 and then repeat
if X=1 : 6,7,8,........,23,24,25 and then repeat
