A boy saw the clock in a mirror at home. The clock has no numbering. He thought that the clock is not working(by seeing its image in mirror). Then he went to school and reached the school after 23 minutes. Then he observes a clock in the school and it is 2 and a hours ahead of the time he saw at home.

At what time did he start at home?
