1-in conductors
E(tan)1=D(tan)1=0
but this is illogical because E(tan)&D(tan) are external fields and don't depend on the fields inside the material and the kind of this material
2-in dielectric materials
E(tan)1=E(tan)2
D(tan)1/\in1=D(tan)2/\in2
D(tan)1=[\in2/\in1]/D(tan)2
and this is also illogical because D(electric flux density) is supposed to be independent of material
