comparison of torque-speed characteristics for different motors

hi all,

I want to compare the torque-speed characteristics of 4 different motors to a Brushless D.C motor (BLDC):

Synchronous Motor, D.C Motor, Split Ring and Induction Motor(squirrel cage)

Can anyone tell me which of these have the best torque-speed characteristics??

I've attached a Pugh's selection chart for the comparison, can you help me fill it please.

PS: insert a '+' if it is better.
