Stereographic projection in geometric (Clifford) algebra

Hello,

I understood the concept and derivation of the stereographic projection of R^n onto the unit-sphere S^n immersed in R^n+1.

Does anyone know how this relates to the conformal model of the geometric algebra Cl(n+1,1) ?
