[Chase leader]

I did a lot of experiment about SUMO family in zebrafish,but I can't get any results after westernblot. However,I can get the results in human cells.
I used the rat and human monoclonal antibody,but the free SUMO still unfound.
Who can help me to analysis?Thanks!!!
