There is reasoning behind why cultures wear less or more clothing. I mean this not in regard to colder or warmer regions, but in terms of sexual attraction emotional control. What this begins to equate to in value terms is what is and isn't moral in terms of clothing. Why is it valuable or less valuable, moral or less moral to wear more or less clothing in socio-biological terms?

Everything besides practicality like for temperature as you suggested, including morality, is dictated by culture. Everything is done differently, including what you wear, depending on where. Nothing can be called right or wrong based only on the fact that it's different.
