Hi friends,
I have to convert my telescopic IR counts to RADIANCE. My initial values are in the range 2840.319 2850.931 1677.854 2574.358 2751.081. The data file is 16 bit unsigned. I used L = Gain*DN +Offset.My gain is 6.21 electrons/ADU and offset is 480. But how do i equate gain in electrons /adu to find absolute radiance. Then, I rescaled it. But the values are too high. Any one who can help me on raw data reduction?
