I get the feeling this will be punted over to theory development, but I'll ask anyways.
I've heard that if a black hole is rotating (very quickly) that it can form into a ring, is this true?
Does that mean that, at the center of the ring, the net force of gravity is (nearly) 0? If so, could the massive gravitational force pushing towards the center... well could mass accumulate there (assuming that they collide to nullify speeds etc etc...)?
