In the same mood, I was pondering if it could be of some utility a weblog strictly dedicated to comment the preprints. It could be complemented with an alert service, so you should be notifyed when any new paper quotes any work of you, and then you should be given the possibility of comment on the new paper.

What do you think? I could set up all the needed software in unizar, next to our arxiv mirror.
