Hi, I'm doing some inquires on thermoelectric materials, and what I know is that Bi2Te3 are the best material for thermoelectric effect with thermoelectric merit (ZT) ranging between 0.8 and 1.0.
Now I have several question :
1. Is there other material that are equal or superior to Bi2Te3 in term of ZT?
2. What caused Bi2Te3 to have high ZT value, is it the crystal properties or others?
