i have done an isothermal titration calometry with a DNA intercalating drug and a G4 C4DNA sequence. i planned on doing this at different temperatures to obtain a van't hoff enthalpy for the binding reaction. standard papers compare the enthalpy to experimental calorimetric enthalpies to predict the nature of the process. what is the experimentally determined calorimetric enthalpy with which i am to compare this van't hoff enthalpy obtained ?what if the van't hoff enthalpy and calorimetric enthalpy are different?
