This appeared on several sub forums just now. Nothing except the animated 'click here' button that flies in from the top of the window.
I wasn't dumb enough try clicking it.
I had a quick look at the page source but couldn't see anything that identified it better than the attached picture
If it's relevant - IE8 browser, default security settings, MS firewall, MS Security Essentials antivirus.
