I am looking for a good electro magnetics book that covers the basic theory of electrical engineering down to Maxwell's laws and goes all the way up to applications. I have already taken an E MAG course at school and the professor I had knows the subject better than anyone else at the university, but he has a hard time teaching what he knows. So I am looking for a good book to help rebuild my E MAG foundation.
