How legal are these? I recently discovered these and understand you can dowload Nintendo, Genesis games etc. Some sites say it's legal if you delete them before 24 hrs, and at least one said creating an emulator was his thesis project in computer science.
It's tempting, but something seems fishy about these downloads. Is there simply no regulation on them yet? Is it like any other file sharing dilema (Napster etc.)?
