dielectric response

Hello

I would like to know some recently references from which I can extract experimental data of the complex dielectric function of semiconductor heterostructures, e.g., superlattices made of CdTe/ZnTe, ZnSe/MgS, etc.
I have found data in some papers, but in general they are old.
