Kaku talks about world lines or the path that our life travels on...
could you find the equation and posibly be able to predict what someone would do next, in theory?

Hi,

I think in theory that it might be possible to develop a probabalistic behavior pediction, if you knew the persons entire history and also the pattern of his/her brain synapses.

Practically, however, I don't know if this can be done to any degree of accuracy.

General relativity allows you to calculate the trajectories of any particles you'd like, to any precision you'd like.

Wouldn't the world line be based on calculations regarding probability factors generated by every individual action a person initiates? This would lead to a number of actions that would boggle the mind. :bugeye:

But if each action taken has a probability factor associated with it (and it would be relative to the action of course - example: my scratching my nose would lead to a 0% addition to the probability that a penguin in Antarctica will develop cancer (where are all the chaos scientists?? :tongue2:) then you could theoretically generate a world line based on every prob. factor from past events and 'project' them into the future assuming that the future will continue as it has. This would mean that no outside forces alter the current pattern.... (BIG ROCKS FROM THE SKY! for example).

I think it would be theoretically possible but there would be absolutely no way to calculate all of this. I don't think we have the capacity to do so.

Could we theoretically map the possible states that the electrons carrying the impulse to do something and just record that data millions of times then see if there is any correspondence to the probability of us doing a certain action? or thinking certain thoughts? We could create zombies by influencing these interactions by using chemicals. That is probably horrrible off topic. :uhh:
