I just wanted to say that I had some afterthoughts wrt my vote. I probably should have voted for ZapperZ entry, primarily because of the colors. But I voted for AlephZero's entry ... there was something about its wildernessy look that drew me into it.

I voted for Marzena's.... it makes me feel like shuffling and crunching and jumping right now. This fall (with a now 2-year-old E)... that's our appreciation method towards autumn leaves!

Zz.Well, your photo is good enough to win, imo. It depicts the colors of fall quite clearly and vividly. But, as you noted, there are some very nice (strong) entries. Bottom line is that they're all good in one way or another. Tough choice.

And nice competition. I recently bought a digital video recorder/camera, so will hopefully be submitting some photos in the future.
